Dr. Stewart Chapman D.C.
Now serving in Wichita Falls TX, Dr. Stewart Chapman attended both Texas Tech University and Texas A&M and graduated in 1984. He spent the next several years working as a stock and commodities broker when he decided he wanted a career change.
His decision to become a chiropractor stemmed from his childhood recurring back pain which prevented him from playing sports in junior high school. After he received treatment from his childhood chiropractor he was able to play football, basketball, and run track. The relief he experienced at such a young age influenced him to pursue this area of medical care.
He attended Parker College of Chiropractic and was class president and student body president while there. He graduated with honors in 1993. Dr. Chapman and his wife, Karen, have 2 sons and 1 daughter in love. He is a deacon in his church and teaches Sunday school. Dr. Chapman has served his community on various boards and in multiple service organizations. When asked what he loved most about his career he stated, “Seeing Patients become pain-free and doing things they could not have done before coming to the clinic.”
Dr. Cari Guidry D.C.
Dr. Cari Guidry has always had a passion to help people. When she researched chiropractic care and discovered it was a natural, holistic approach to health, she knew she had found what she wanted to do.
She pursued her passion early, even while still in high school, and graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic at an early age. She even opened up her own practice back home in Wichita Falls, TX at the young age of 23 years old. Once she got married, her dream of having a family started getting louder and louder, but being the only doctor in her practice was going to prove to be a difficult challenge. Thankfully, Dr. Guidry and Dr. Chapman were able to join forces. Dr. Guidry had two children soon after. Going through it herself, Dr. Guidry became overwhelmed with wanting to learn more about chiropractic care for pregnant women as well as infants and children.
She has furthered her education and became certified in specific techniques to ensure that she remains at the top of her field. Although she does specialize in pregnancy and prenatal care, Dr. Guidry treats a wide variety of patients and conditions. She is also the owner of the Wichita Falls Birth & Wellness Center and co-owner of Lawton Chiropractic, along with Dr. Chapman.

I love spending time with family and friends especially on the lake. I have worked for Dr. Chapman & Dr. Guidry for 3 years in the insurance department.
Recently I was promoted to Office Manager. My goal is to give the patient the best experience they can have each time they walk into our doors.
My current responsibility at TMAC is Insurance billing and account manager. I manage and coordinate billing for patients, and oversee the distribution of bills to patients and insurance companies. It is a privilege and my pleasure to be assigned this position.
I have worked with Dr. Chapman for over 25 years and Dr. Guidry for 7+ years. I truly love what I do, and I am blessed to be able to work for such amazing doctors and a caring clinic. When I am not working, I love anything outdoors! My 9 grandchildren keep me pretty busy chasing ball games and livestock shows.
My name is Brint Richter and I am the Business Director and marketer at TMAC. For the last two and a half years I served as the Operations Manager.
Previous to that I was in the same position for Dr. Chapman and Dr. Guidry for five years at a different clinic. I have two amazing kids, three awesome step-daughters and a beautiful fiancée. In my spare time I like to golf, hang out by the pool and cheer on my favorite sports teams.
Dr. Guidry's assistant
Hello my name is Tammy! I have worked with Dr. Chapman and Dr. Guidry for 8 years during two different stints. That is right, I like it here so much I came back.
One of my favorite things about working in the rehab department is helping people get out of the pain that has been bothering them for so long. I like to make personal connections with our patients throughout their time in our clinic. In my spare time I like to play soccer and hang out with friends and family.
