1. New Patient Forms

After you make your appointment for your exam, one of our chiropractic assistants will email or text you the new patient forms.  This paperwork provides us with basic information about you, as well as your medical history and a description of your condition.  If you are not able to fill out these forms digitally, we can still use the pen and paper method in our clinic; however, you will be advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

2. Chiropractor Consultation

Next, you’ll have a consult with the Doctors to chat about your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for the Doctors to understand exactly where you are at with your health and provide a roadmap to get you feeling your absolute best.

3. Chiropractic Exam

After your initial discussion, our team will perform a complete chiropractic exam. This is to get hands-on and see exactly what is going on with your body. Nothing will be done without full explanation and your consent.

4. Chiropractic Treatment

At the end of your first appointment, you can choose to experience your first chiropractic adjustment. This may include spinal adjustments, intersegmental traction, and/or spinal decompression. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.

5. Custom Treatment Plan

After your first treatment, our doctors will determine the degree of care that will make sense for your health.  The doctor's treatment plan is designed to repair the issue that is causing your pain.  We want to eliminate that pain through repetitive spinal manipulation but also strengthen and support your spine so that it will not easily misalign again in the future.
